"A WOMAN OF MY HEART. A GORGEOUS, gooey and oozy little parcel of flavour and texture... If this cheese were human she'd be my wife. When you cut into her rosy, soft, floral, and bloomy rind she melts out like butter, and so does this absolutely fantastic pungent honk that she gives off. It's nutty, its spicy, its a little sweet and floral, it feels LUXURIOUS. You get the crusty bread out, you use a knife or a spoon to spread her so delicately on, and you take a bite. Your life is changed. Your world has been turned upside down. You didnt know cheese could taste like this !!!! All those complex aromas are condensed into a buttery and silky little salty bite. She doesn't need anything more, she's perfect on her own. She reminds me of sweet chestnuts is almost SEAWEEDY under it all. She feels festive, she feels refined and regal. She is a cheese for a special occasion and she LETS YOU KNOW IT !!! If you like a cheese with some PUNCH and don't mind that ammonia undertone that often comes with stinky cheeses, give her a chance.
