Elmo Cola

Elmo Cola is a signature cocktail created at the legendary St. Elmo Steak House in Indianapolis. It consists of vanilla-infused bourbon, cherry juice, and whole cherries that are poured in a glass filled with ice. The drink is then topped with Coca-Cola.

Elmo Cola is usually served in a rocks glass, and it is traditionally garnished with a cherry. Tim Kirkland assembled the drink, and it soon became a popular option throughout the entire Indiana state. It was so successful that St. Elmo released vanilla-infused whiskey inspired by the cocktail.
