"The restaurant to try this dish is El Peñascal. Turkey is one of those meats that you need to season well because, by itself, it doesn't have much flavor, and Peñascal succeeded. The broth was delicious, and tell me who doesn't like to accompany a broth with tamales, simply delicious."

It is a proud place that puts forward what authentic Mayan dishes are and cherished by Guatemalans who live and eat without much external influence.
