But typically, the vendors that fry the 'bara' fresh instead of from the cooler box, are the better ones. doubles can be addictive, and it's one of the main street food that transcends all levels of society in Trinidad and Tobago. It is a must try for any foodie adventurer's out there visiting Trinidad and Tobago. few vendors have experimented with varying the ingredients to include meat (chicken, duck, etc).. but for die-hard doubles fans, I think those varieties are blasphemous!"
