Depaz is a renowned rum producer located at the foot of Mount Pelée in Martinique. Their rhums are crafted from sugarcane grown in volcanic soil, giving them a unique flavor profile. The distillery, which was rebuilt by Victor Depaz after the 1902 eruption, reflects the history and rich terroir of the region.
