"OOHHHHHHH BBG THIS IS THE ONE. THIS. is. the. soup. its creamy, its hearty, its warming, its EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER NEED. She's a healthy little heartbeat in a bowl that leaves you feeling full and replenished on a cold winters day. The potatoes give her that thick, creamy consistency while the fish gives it that smokey, salty, comforting flavour. The leeks and parsley bring out a fresh TWANG too !! Fantastic dish. I will never stop loving the Cullen Skink. You can modify it a little to make it creamier or brothier. I prefer mine creamier just cus thats how i like all my soups, and its no more bother to break it down a bit like that, u just mash the potatoes up. This soup will always always remind me of home and always always bring comfort and happiness to me."
