"Doesn't matter if you like coconut or not. This is incredible. Make sure it's cold! It's incredibly light, believe it or not. Traditionally, the outside & filling is a whipped topping- not whipped cream, but something similar. Then the outside is covered with toasted shredded coconut. It's known as Cool Whip, which you can find in grocery stores. Note: It's also called "Million Dollar Coconut Cake" in some areas of the southern US. Variations include the filling being a pineapple mixture or others with passionfruit or orange."
