"Authentic gaucho flavors like the sagu de vinho that was divine was for finishing lunch with a bloom. Sagu for those who do not know are cassava starch balls cooked with wine that bring the taste of the grape with a creamy texture, huuuuummmm. It is eaten with a spoon adding a special touch with vanilla cream on top. A delight!!!!"
