Their mission is to advance the category of California bourbon by blending traditional whiskey grains with the unique influence of California's climate and Pacific Ocean proximity.

Their bourbon is aged for over four years in new American oak barrels and then finished in French oak casks that previously held California Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc wines, enhancing its flavor and color. This process results in a complex flavor profile featuring notes of vanilla, almond, cocoa, and candied pecans, with hints of cinnamon, allspice, and orange zest.
