Casa Maestri Reserva de MFM Añejo is a premium tequila produced by Casa Maestri, a renowned distillery located in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico. This Añejo expression is crafted from 100% Tequilana Weber blue agave, sourced from both the Los Altos and Tequila Valley regions of Jalisco.
The agave is cooked using a combination of stone/brick ovens and autoclaves under high pressure, then extracted with a roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, followed by double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. The tequila is aged in American white oak barrels, resulting in a spirit with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40% (80-proof).
