Caribbean Sunrise

Caribbean Sunrise is a variety of the popular Tequila Sunrise cocktail. It is prepared with a combination of rum, orange juice, and grenadine syrup. In order to prepare it, rum and orange juice are first poured into a glass over ice, and grenadine is then slowly poured through the glass so that it sinks to the bottom.

Without stirring, the cocktail is typically garnished with an orange slice before serving. If the mixed drink is too sweet, try the original cocktail where tequila is used instead of rum.
