This classic caipirinha recipe is adapted from the website of International Bartender's Association.
6 cl (60 ml) (2 oz) Cachaça
1/2 fresh lime (4 wedges)
4 tsp sugar
Put the lime wedges and the sugar in an rocks glass.
Muddle to release the juice.
Add the ice and the Cachaça to the glass and stir.
Top with more ice and serve.
