The Bushmills 2000 Port Cask is an Irish single malt whiskey from the exclusive Causeway Collection by Bushmills. This whiskey was distilled in 2000 and fully matured in first-fill ruby port casks until 2021, which allowed it to absorb rich red fruit flavors and distinctive port wine notes.
After over two decades of maturation, the whiskey is bottled at a natural cask strength of 54.1% ABV, without chill-filtration or added coloring.
