Their 50/50 custard/cream combo is so smooth and sweet in comparison to most others. Their choice of fondant icing is also good. Passionfruit is subtle, strawberry is a bit too sweet for me and the vanilla is quite delicious. My favourite though is their Raspberry Fusion slice that won the Innovation award at the Merbein Vanilla Slice Challenge a few years back.... Read more
