Bourbon Lancer

Bourbon Lancer is a cocktail made with a combination of bourbon, champagne, and Angostura bitters. In order to prepare it, all ingredients should be poured into a highball glass over ice, then stirred. If desired, the cocktail can be garnished with a lemon twist.
