"It is such a delicious breakfast bread for morning eggs, bacon, chorizo, frijoles (refried beans). The possibilities are endless. A must in its original recipe and form. A very special treat when eaten warm out of the oven or recently purchased at the panaderia (bakery). A smear of butter will send you to heaven. Oh, such wonderful childhood memories of out mother's table all the kids awaiting the "birote"."
