"Hot tasty blin with varenye is really good. However, you can eat it with different toppings. Good one is gorgonzola cheese with sour pear, it's really good combination of salty and sweet blin, salty and spicy gorgonzola and soury and sweet pear. Delicious."

"My grandma make the thinnest ones, did a ground meat-liver filling, rolled it in and fried them. The tastiest thing. We also had them for breakfast, mostly in summer (and obviously during Maslenizca, week long greeting of spring holiday), you put them on the table, put jams, sour cream, red marinaded fish and caviar if you're fancy on live in fishing regions, and everybody takes one pancake at the time, add his own filling and rolls it in. I looooooved it. Sour cream ones are the best (not counting meant ones, that are also great with sour cream)"
