IWSC- International wine & spirit competition - Gold

2019

Mid walnut with a blaze of coppery gold flashes. Rich umami aromas, soy, mushroom, herb consommé, mingle with dekopon citrus, medjool dates, baklava, and salted chocolate. Enormous, concentration of flavours and textures, woody, sweet, bitter, umami, Spider silk texture with the saline spear of acidity as counterpoint.

The flavours bubble through the swift flow in the mouth, utterly entrancing the taster. A meditative, contemplative experience, that echoes long after the wine has left the mouth.
