"I've eaten the real thing and this ain't no beef jerky. This is awesome and sooooo easy to make. I used a warming drawer and 48 hours later it was the best. It is not easy to find great Biltong in the U.S.A. and it sure beat Jerky every time. My kids love it and gets them the protein they need."
