"The star of the show was the Cayman style beef. It isn’t barbecue, but more of a pot au feu, slow cooked with onions and scotch bonnet peppers and this and that, then shredded and chopped. Oh my goodness! Very tasty."
"My favourite food from the entire trip had to be the Cayman style beef from Big Tree BBQ. This is homemade, traditional Caribbean food at its best. It’s a roadside stop with a family recipe and I fell in love with the stew beef, cornbread and cassava combo! Delicious."
