34 Burger Varieties Ranked From the Best To the Worst

TasteAtlas food rankings are based on the ratings of the TasteAtlas audience, with a series of mechanisms that recognize real users and that ignore bot, nationalist or local patriotic ratings, and give additional value to the ratings of users that the system recognizes as knowledgeable. For the “34 Burger Varieties Ranked From the Best To the Worst” list until March 27, 2025, 627,384 ratings were recorded, of which 404,417 were recognized by the system as legitimate. TasteAtlas Rankings should not be seen as the final global conclusion about food. Their purpose is to promote excellent local foods, instill pride in traditional dishes, and arouse curiosity about dishes you haven’t tried.

Halfway decent list I guess... Was surprised to see that a bacon and Swiss, with sautéed shrooms and onions wasn't included somewhere. In Roanoke Virginia that goes by the name of Spikeburger... As far as the rest of the list... Low fat proteins are fashionable and what not, but not when combined with double helpings of Mayonnaise as described in the Bison Burger. And I hate to say it, but everything important to life was not invented in California! Especially the humble Cheeseburger! May have been the first to try and cash in on some publicity, but not the first... Perhaps in a century or two history will tell the tale of some of some Tech-guy living out of his car in Silicone Valley that hatched that novel idea. California seems to be a place to take blame versus credit! Forgive the mini-diatribe but I take my burgers seriously!
