Beef Empire Days is a ten-day celebration of beef that features dozens of events in Garden City, Kansas, each May. Attendees can choose among various contests, parades, banquets, tournaments, breakfasts and more, including annual highlights such as Beef Empire Cattle Crawl and Cattle Working Contest.
