Aged Red Leicester made by Barbers Farmhouse Cheesemakers is a traditional British cheese known for its firm texture and deep, complex flavors. This cheese undergoes an extended aging process, which enhances its rich, nutty taste and develops a slightly crumbly consistency.

The cheese also has a distinctive bright orange color, which comes from the natural coloring agent annatto.
