Banks & Solander is a family-owned boutique microdistillery tucked away in the backstreets of Botany, founded by husband-and-wife team Marty and Ed. Their passion lies in crafting premium spirits, hand-making artisanal drinks using the finest ingredients for your enjoyment.

Their signature product, Banks & Solander Signature Gin, blends traditional and Australian botanicals, including Tasmanian pepperberry, lemon myrtle, strawberry gum, and roasted wattleseed. This combination offers floral and citrus notes, while anise, cardamom, and roasted wattleseed provide a spiced, chocolatey body.

The gin finishes with a pleasant sensation on the palate thanks to the lemon myrtle and pepperberry. In addition to gin, the distillery also produces limoncello, inspired by an old family recipe from Italy, enhanced with native Australian botanicals to amplify its vibrant lemon flavor.
