"The mung beans were not that easy to buy in Poland but I eventually succeeded! The crepes tasted great fried with slices of bacon and shrimps but I couldn't get rid of the smell from my home for 2 days :) Make sure to heat your frying pan to the limit before pouring the batter on it"
