For more then years I've been eating them here, either alone or with a coffee, the quality of their handcrafted Franzbrötchen has remained consistent. They strike a balance between soft structure and slightly crispy crust together with a moderate sweetness of the cinnamon glazing. These Franzbrötchen eventually melt in your mouth, especially when they're fresh and warm, which is another sign of a perfect Franzbrötchen. In addition to the standard Franzbrötchen, the chocolate-filled variety are also worth a detour if you're in the Altona borough."
