Located in Al-Hada, Ta'if, the factory uses traditional distillation methods where thousands of handpicked Ta'if roses are immersed in large copper pots for 9 to 12 hours to extract the aromatic rose water. The factory produces multiple rose-based products, including culinary rose water, concentrated rose water for medicinal and cosmetic uses, and rose oil, one of the most expensive oils in the world.

Al-Kamal’s Ta'if rose water holds cultural and religious significance as it is traditionally used to wash the Kaaba in Makkah every year. The factory's dedication to preserving traditional production methods supports the local economy and strengthens the cultural heritage of the Ta'if region.
