"While it definitely is not the most beautiful of dishes as curry tends not to be, I couldn’t wait to dig in. The noodles were soft and the portion very reasonable, every ramen bite carrying the curry flavor. The curry broth itself was not simply just “watered down” curry, as it had plenty of meaty, rich taste. The chashu, too, was lovely and soft, but I wanted more."
"The best place to try the ramen is at famous ramen shop Aji no Daio which serves this dish with differing levels of heat and you can choose from 1-10 on the spiciness scale. Be warned however that the noodles are not for the faint hearted so make sure you start off slowly if you are not used to eating huge amounts of chili."
"If there’s one place you ever need to try curry ramen, it’s Aji-no-Daio. The curry is viscous thick, and the noodles are springy. Sweat was oozing from all pores down my face, but I was savouring every drop of the curry. Needless to say, I polished the bowl down to its last dregs."
