Agua de Sevilla is a Spanish cocktail that is typically made with a combination of pineapple juice, sparkling wine, triple sec, whiskey, sugar, and sour mix, although there are numerous recipes and ways of preparation. The drink is a staple at numerous nightclubs in Seville, and it is quite often topped with a layer of whipped cream.
