This 27 year old single malt from the Imperial distillery has been matured in American oak barrels, bottled at cask strength and without chill-filtration. Incredibly sweet on the nose combining aromas of ripe pear, honey, vanilla custard and cherry jam.
Fruity flavour notes intensify on the palate with hints of red apple, blackcurrants and orange chocolate, intermingled with hazelnut and lemon drizzle. The finish is sweet and gently spiced.
