"One of their standout dishes is the crab bee hoon, in which huge Sri Lankan crabs are used, and the noodles are imbued with a robust "wok hei". They use butter instead of pork lard for the stock in which both the crab and bee hoon are prepared. The noodles are slippery, aromatic and kind of creamy, and their crabs sweet and juicy."
