The STR Triple Cask (Dragon) is a distinguished single malt whisky from 10th Street Distillery, released in 2024—the Year of the Dragon. This expression is crafted through a meticulous aging process involving three distinct cask types: initially matured in Shaved, Toasted, and Recharred (STR) casks, followed by finishing periods in wine casks and port casks.
This triple cask maturation imparts a rich and aromatic profile, with prominent notes of dried fruit, caramel, and toasted oak on the nose, complemented by subtle hints of spice, dark chocolate, and a touch of citrus.
